Wedgewood Furniture RTA Line Wins Design Award — COMO, Italy—Two designers for Wedgewood Furniture have received an A’ Design Award, an international recognition of good design, for their Beat ready-to-assemble collection.
Beat was designed by Diego Arevalo and Gifford W. Cochran and was recognized in the furniture, decorative items and homeware design award category. A patented assembly system was employed with no metal fasteners or screws, according to a description of the line on the A’ Design website.
